Welcome to the Film House Group

Film House is a group of independent production companies which specialise in creating affordable films for the commercial and residential property industry.

The Group works with estate agents, property developers, commercial agents and hoteliers to produce films which allow buildings to be seen in a new light. So often it is the visual impact of a building which first attracts the eye, and films are the leading way for this to be achieved.



Film House is a subtle mixture of the commercial and the creative.

We are staffed by former advertising and marketing personnel who have created sales campaigns on behalf of some of the world’s biggest brands; their sales drive is tempered by the creativity of the film makers who have worked on some of the UK’s best known programmes including BBC's Restoration, Chelsea Flower Show and the Queen's Jubilee Garden and Channel 5's Hot Property. Combined, the teams create films which make a genuine contribution towards the sales process.
